Frequently asked questions
Does Kiwo Player include channels or playlists?
No. Kiwo Player is only a media player and does not include or provide any content. You need your own playlist from a provider you are legally entitled to use.
Where do I find the MAC address and device key?
Open Kiwo Player on your TV or phone: both are shown on the start screen. Enter them on the Playlists page.
How long is the free trial?
The first 7 days are free, with all features. You don't need to enter any payment details for the trial.
How much does activation cost?
€10 per device per year, paid by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. It is a one-time payment with no automatic renewal. For an active device, the year is added to the current expiry.
Does one activation work on several devices?
No. An activation applies to one device and cannot be transferred. Each TV and phone needs its own activation.
What kind of playlist can I add?
An M3U link or an Xtream login (server URL, username and password). You can also add an EPG link for the TV guide. You can add as many profiles as you like.
I added a playlist, but it doesn't appear in the app.
While the app is open, it appears within a few seconds. If it doesn't, restart the app and check that you entered the correct MAC address and device key.
A channel or movie doesn't play. What should I do?
Kiwo Player only plays the streams in your playlist. If a channel doesn't work, the problem is usually with the source, so please contact your playlist provider.
Is my playlist data safe?
Playlist links and passwords are stored encrypted and are only sent to your device. You can also protect a profile with a PIN, so its details can only be viewed or changed on this website with the PIN.
What happens if I reinstall the app?
On the same device, the MAC address stays the same, so your playlists and activation remain.
Can I get a refund?
No. Activation starts immediately after payment and payments are non-refundable, so please try the app during the free trial before activating.
