The service

Kiwo Player is a media player application. It does not include or provide any content, channels, playlists or subscriptions. Users may add their own, lawfully obtained playlists and are solely responsible for the content they play.

Trial and activation

The first 7 days are free. After that, the app can be used with a one-year activation per device (price shown on the website). Activation applies to that device only and cannot be transferred.

Refunds

Activation is a digital service that starts immediately after payment. By paying, you expressly agree to immediate performance and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. Payments are non-refundable. You can try the app during the free 7-day trial before activating.

Prohibited use

Using the app to play unauthorised or copyright-infringing content is prohibited.
